Focus Traveller Pro features are offered monthly or one-time. Purchase confirmation charges your iTunes account. This subscription will automatically renew until auto-renew is turned off 24 hours before the billing month ends. Enter your iTunes Account Settings to adjust your subscription and auto-renew. The "Restore Purchased" button at the bottom of the subscription button in the Pro popup page or in Focus Traveller Settings will restore all your past purchases.
